ICEFALL

This is my first experiment using pigment to make my own oil paint. It’s oil soluble neon pigment meant for soap making, but it mixed up well with linseed oil and a little Gamblin solvent-free gel. Once it’s mixed with any other color, however, the neon properties go away, so the neon pinks are all built-up transparent layers.
